2. Cost Estimates & Bill of Materials (BOM)

Pricing figures, labor cost ranges, and material estimates generated across the platform are calculated based on prevailing regional averages and standard market rates:

• Estimates are subject to change based on actual site inspections, structural challenges, and unforeseen demolition/refurbishment requirements.
• Final binding pricing is established only in direct written proposals executed with the selected contractor or vendor.

3. Independent Contractor Relationships

Architects, designers, electricians, carpenters, and construction contractors participating on the KraftSpace platform are independent service providers and not employees or agents of KraftSpace. While KraftSpace enforces credential checks and verification protocols, KraftSpace shall not be held liable for acts, omissions, delays, or physical workmanship defects caused by third-party service providers.

Under no circumstances shall KraftSpace, its officers, directors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, spatial files, models, or recommendations provided through the platform.
